A large seated group of people in white clothing with red-orange cloth tied over their eyes as blindfolds, in a hall with a red-and-green patterned floor covering. Many hold small white cards. A bald man in the centre wears a white garment with gold edging and a beaded necklace, with red blindfold cloth around his head. In the foreground a woman in white with a red blindfold holds a card, and a camera with a lens is visible at the right edge. Water bottles sit on the floor. The page names a blindfold reading session at the Kumbh camp, and the cloths and cards match that activity. No figure is clearly identified as a person by appearance.2015-09-19September 19 20152015-09-19A photograph of a seated group of devotees in white clothes with red blindfolds tied over their eyes, sitting on colourful striped woven mats in a hall. Many wear red and orange shawls or stoles and some hold small papers. Behind them stands a decorated altar with a deity murti, garlands, brass lamps and a row of oil lamps on tiered shelves at right. A woman in the centre wears a white sari with gold border and red shawl, and a person in the foreground right wears white with a yellow-gold border. The scene appears to be a ritual session with participants blindfolded.2015-09-19May 23 20152015-05-23September 19 20152015-09-19July 16 20172017-07-16 +1 copiesMay 10 20172017-05-10A large seated group of devotees in white clothes with red-orange shawls draped over their shoulders, most wearing black blindfolds over their eyes. They sit closely packed on a white floor covering in a tent-like hall, many with shaved heads, some holding small objects in their hands. A wooden lectern stands at the left edge and a table with a yellow cloth is visible at the upper right. Several participants are seated in folding chairs among the group. The scene suggests a seated ritual or initiation gathering, though no specific deity or ritual object is clearly identifiable.2015-07-15December 20 20132013-12-20A large group of young women and girls sits cross-legged on dark red mats across a tiled hall, many with red cloth blindfolds over their eyes, in a meditative posture. Most wear white or cream salwar kameez or saris with pink and gold borders, pink shawls and beaded necklaces. Some hold small yellow bags and notebooks on the floor, and a few hands rest in mudra-like positions on their knees. Men in white dhotis and shirts sit in the background among rows of red plastic chairs, under a white-walled room with a wooden door. The scene suggests a meditation or satsang session.2016-08-05 +1 copiesSeated women in a hall wear red blindfolds over their eyes during a guided meditation session.
