November 26 20112011-11-26An elderly man with swept-back white hair, a red bindi and white vibhuti marks on his forehead sits in a cream-coloured armchair with his palms pressed together in namaste and his eyes lowered. He wears a white kurta with a red and gold brocade shawl, and a gold bangle on one wrist. Behind him hangs a deep maroon velvet curtain. The sitter's appearance includes long swept-back hair, ornate gold-embroidered red shawl and ceremonial adornment, consistent with a person role as the seated honoured guest, though identity is uncertain from appearance alone.2011-11-26May 06 20162016-05-06May 06 20162016-05-06November 26 20112011-11-26November 26 20112011-11-26A seated speaker on a stage before a dark red curtain. An elderly white-haired man in white clothes with a red shawl embroidered in gold speaks into a microphone on a stand, his tilmark visible on his forehead. Beside him sits a younger man in orange robes with long dark hair, a red bindi, and dark rudraksha malas around his neck, with an orange cushioned chair and a flower arrangement at left. A small framed display sits at the lower left. Appearance-based label: Swamiji (probable) for the younger man in orange with long hair and rudraksha malas; the elderly man is a speaker in white and gold-bordered shawl.2011-11-26An elderly bearded man with spectacles sits in a white cream kurta and matching dhoti, a white-and-orange striped cloth draped over his shoulder. He wears a broad orange tilak on his forehead with a red dot at its centre, and gold rings on his fingers. His hands rest folded in his lap as he looks downward. Behind him stand a polished brass oil lamp and a microphone against a deep blue backdrop. A second person in white sits partly visible at the right edge.2015-07-19June 21 20172017-06-21July 23 20142014-07-23October 09 20122012-10-09May 28 20132013-05-28
