September 17 20102010-09-17July 21 20102010-07-21A person in an orange saffron robe stands at the right with palms pressed together in namaskar, facing a garlanded deity murti on a gold-trimmed peetha. The murti is draped in dark cloth and wrapped in white jasmine and orange and yellow flower garlands. Brass oil lamps stand on a low platform covered with a striped rug, and a framed painting of a seated figure in orange robes with a rudraksha mala hangs on the left wall. Pinned to the wall is an ornate embroidered hanging, and an orange cloth covers the platform.2010-07-21July 26 20082008-07-26July 21 20102010-07-21A photograph of a hall with white walls and a corrugated metal ceiling. A large black-and-white portrait fills the back wall, and beneath it a carved wooden throne with a golden arch holds a seated figure in orange robes with a green cloth draped behind. A standing person in an orange robe with long hair and a white flower garland stands at right with palms pressed together in namaste. Brass oil lamps, a kalasha-style vessel, flower offerings and brass pooja vessels sit on a low wooden platform in front of the throne. A person in white and yellow is partly visible at the lower right edge. Red curtains hang at the windows.2010-02-15A figure seated on a large white throne-style chair with a tall arched back against a deep red backdrop, hands pressed together in anjali namaskar with eyes lowered. He wears an orange saffron wrap and a dark rudraksha mala. A microphone on a stand sits to the right and a water bottle to the left.2009-08-09 +1 copiesA figure in an orange turban and orange robes stands barefoot on a stage, palms pressed together in namaste, facing a large white-draped throne-style chair with orange tassels. A microphone stand stands beside a small wooden side table holding a water bottle and a framed photo. Floral arrangements in orange and red flank the stage against a wood-panelled wall with patterned gold fabric. One person is visible on stage. The figure wears a saffron turban with long orange robes, and the white-covered peetha is empty.2009-09-15A man in flowing saffron-orange robes with a red undergarment stands barefoot on a red-carpeted stage, palms pressed together in anjali mudra at chest level. He has long dark hair swept back and is facing left. In front of him is a white-covered chair and a white cushion on the carpet. Behind him are a gold and maroon draped curtain, a pedestal fan and a white wall. At the right edge is a peacock-patterned cloth on a bed or couch, and a metal railing. Given the page cues of a Kalpataru program, this is a stage welcome or darshan setting with a seated-dais arrangement. Appearance cues of long swept-back hair and saffron robes are present, but the face is not clearly visible and the identity is uncertain.2009-08-01A seated person in an orange sleeveless sannyasi-style robe presses palms together in anjali at the forehead, with a white vertical tilak across the brow. The figure sits on a white-covered chair with an orange cushion and orange tassels on a blue carpeted stage. Behind, a standing attendant in white dhoti and orange shawl stands near a white-covered table and an air conditioner. A microphone stand is at right. The scene reads as a devotional or darshan moment on an event stage.2008-08-02A photograph of a stage in an indoor hall. A standing man in an orange-brown robe with an orange shawl draped over his shoulders presses his palms together in front of a tan upholstered armchair with a microphone stand beside it. Behind the stage, a red-toned backdrop shows temple pillars, a dark curtain hangs at left, and a framed portrait on the right shows a seated figure in orange. Orange upholstered chairs, a peacock-feather arrangement in a vase, and a poster reading SHAKTHI YOGA on the left complete the set. A portrait on the right shows a figure in orange robes seated in meditation pose. The standing man's face and build are not clearly visible, so the identity cannot be confirmed from appearance.2009-12-12A photo of a man standing barefoot on a pink mat in a hall, palms pressed together in anjali mudra with eyes closed, in a namaskar-style greeting. He wears an orange saffron wrap draped over one shoulder and a red sleeveless inner garment, with dark hair pulled back and a tilak on his forehead. Behind him are deep red velvet curtains, a white projection screen at left, a white tower fan, a stage light on a red-legged stand, and a projector on a white-draped table. The appearance is consistent with the a person candidate described on the page, but his face is not clearly visible enough to confirm identity, so he is described as a devotee-style figure in prayer posture.2009-08-25
