Kailasa Paramparagatha Surya Vamsa Panchanadikulam Sarvajnapeetham

A dimly lit photograph of a shrine ritual. A man in a reddish-orange cloth stands bent forward at left, holding a lit multi-wick brass oil lamp (aarti lamp) toward a silver-coloured linga with a raised face and a flower garland draped over it, set against a white cloth. The linga sits on a stone base near the shrine's dark background, with small stones on the ground. The man's face is partly visible and he is barefoot. The flame is the main light source. Setting appears to be a temple or mutt sanctum at night, with the aarti lamp being offered to the Shiva linga.

A photograph in a dim temple interior with glazed tiled floor. A person with dark hair bent forward, lit by a flame, holds a flaming camphor or lamp tray low over the floor near a hanging chain-suspended lamp. To the right, a round brass lamp-ringed frame with lit oil lamps surrounds a deity murti with green coconut-like offerings and white jasmine garland. The flame, orange light and reflections dominate the scene. The person's face and presentation are not clear enough to confirm any identity.

A photograph of a brass multi-branched oil lamp stand with several lit flames in a dim, dark stone niche. The central lamp is taller, with smaller lamps on curved arms on either side. Behind them a dark stone or murti is partly visible, draped in white cloth with a red and gold border, and a small red mark sits near the top of the niche. Partial white-clad figures appear at the left and right edges, with their hands and bodies cut off by the frame. A small hand rests at the lower right on the brass tray. The scene suggests a night puja with lamp offerings.

A priest stands with his back to the camera in a white dhoti with a gold border and no upper garment, holding a lit lamp before a small red-and-gold deity figure in a temple hall with white walls and a corrugated roof. On the right, a Shivalingam draped in a garland of white and yellow flowers sits beneath a gold arch on a white-cloth-covered platform with red and green borders. A brass trident stands upright in the centre, and brass plates with flowers and offerings sit on the floor, along with a small oil lamp. A framed portrait of a woman hangs on the back wall. Only one person is visible.

A shirtless priest with white sacred ash markings on his arms and chest, wearing a white dhoti and a sacred thread, performs puja at a black stone Shiva linga. He holds a lit oil lamp and a small bell over the linga, which is decorated with white flowers. Behind it stands an ornate gold arch framing a deity shrine in a dim temple sanctum with a gold hanging lamp above. Petals lie on the floor around the base.

A bare-chested priest in a white dhoti with a gold border stands at a shrine, holding a lit oil lamp toward a Shiva lingam draped in a white cloth and decorated with white and yellow flower garlands and red blossoms. A gilded arched frame surrounds the lingam, with a red cloth behind it. A brass trident leans on the left wall, and a small silver plate with flowers and offerings sits on the floor at lower right.

A photo taken inside a gilded temple doorway. In the foreground a bare-backed priest wearing an orange cloth over his shoulder and waist raises a brass lamp with a lit flame toward a shrine. Inside the shrine a deity murti sits on a throne with a golden arch, draped in white and maroon cloth, adorned with white flower garlands and a silver ornamental plate, and a crown-like headdress. Brass lamp stands flank the entrance and a decorated floral rangoli border lies at the threshold. The priest is the only physical person visible.
