December 22 20182018-12-22Close photo of a smiling bare-chested man with a short beard, his face and upper body covered in grey-white ash or powder, raising his right hand in a wave. A ring is on his finger. Behind him is a warm sandstone wall, and partly visible at the edges are two other bare-chested men, one at the far left and one at the far right. The setting suggests a sacred outdoor gathering with ascetic-style ash smearing. No a person candidate is visibly identifiable from appearance.2018-12-22A smiling bare-chested man stands before a warm sandstone wall, wearing an orange dhoti wrapped at the waist and a white ash marking with a vertical red-orange tilak on his forehead. White ash or powder is smeared across his shoulders and chest. He appears to be a devotee or ritual participant at a Dwajarohanam-related event; there are no visible ceremonial items. He is raising his arm toward the upper right, with white ash or vibhuti streaks on his forearm and upper arm, and smiling. Behind him, a second person in orange cloth is partly visible at the right edge. Yellow and green flower garlands sit at the lower left against a plain white block wall. A probable Swamiji is present, identified by long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and a tilak, with his role shown as a devotee applying vibhuti during a ritual.2007-11-09A close profile photograph of a smiling man with long dark hair swept back into a low ponytail, wearing an orange sleeveless shawl over the shoulders and a rudraksha mala at the neck. He has a white horizontal forehead mark with a red dot at the centre. Behind him is a plain beige wall with a dark framed picture at the upper left. The appearance and cues are consistent with a person, shown in person in a session setting.2008-06-09Close photo of a shaved-headed man in white ritual cloth with a red border, a rudraksha mala at his neck, and white sandalwood paste with a small red mark across his forehead, looking upward with a smile. A second person in white is partly visible behind him. The setting is an orange-toned interior. Appearance does not clearly match the page's a person claim, so the person is described by role only.2010-10-16Close portrait photo of a smiling, shaved-headed man with white sacred ash marks across his forehead and a small orange-red tilak at the centre.
