A bare foot in a maroon-red robe rests on a silver plate filled with white and pink flower petals and small lamps, set on an ornate gilded wooden stand. A large tiger-striped cloth or tiger-skin-patterned draping sits behind the foot. A seated woman in a red dress and a rudraksha mala watches in the background, and several heads of seated devotees in white and red clothing are in the foreground. The warm pink-red lighting gives the scene a ceremonial feel.2018-01-03Close-up photograph of bare feet resting on a folded red cloth cushion heaped with red rose petals, loose rose petals, yellow petals and green leaves scattered across a patterned red and blue carpet. Above, a figure in a rust-brown dhoti-style garment with gold-bordered edges sits on an ornate gold-carved throne with red upholstery, while a person in white kneels at the upper left edge of the frame. No visible face, and the a person attribution cannot be confirmed from the visible cues, so the figure is described by role and garment only.2016-10-02Close view of a seated person's bare foot resting on a leopard-print cushion placed on a multicoloured striped rug in pink, blue, green and purple. The person wears rust-red robes with gold border trim and sits on an ornate gold throne with carved scrollwork and a red seat cushion, draped with a tiger-striped fabric. A silver-finished stand stands at the left edge, and blurred foreground objects frame the scene. No faces are visible. The throne and footrest suggest a seated teaching or darshan setting.2017-07-07June 10 20172017-06-10October 22 20152015-10-22 +1 copiesMay 24 20162016-05-24Close-up photograph of bare feet resting on a polished silver tray filled with pink and red flower petals and a small gold cup or vessel. The feet belong to a person wearing a red and gold-bordered ceremonial garment, with a shimmering gold border, and a silver-toned ornate ritual implement rests behind them. A hand with a ring appears at the top edge. The setting suggests a padapuja, a ritual washing or honouring of the feet, with flowers and a dish of offerings. No face is visible, so the identity of the person cannot be determined from the image.2014-05-21December 26 20112011-12-26Close-up photograph of bare feet resting on a red velvet cushion, with pink rose petals scattered around them and a pink flower placed at the feet. A person in a rust-orange garment with a gold border sits on the left, and a hand rests on the knee at top right. Red and cream patterned floor carpets surround the cushion. Visible cues do not establish a person candidate; no face is shown.2015-07-19 +1 copiesClose view of a pair of bare feet resting on a silver tray filled with red flower petals, set on an ornate gold-toned platform. A gold-coloured vessel with a spout sits at the front of the tray, and a gold finial stands among the petals. The feet are wrapped at the top by a red and gold striped garment, and a seated person in white and blue is partly visible at the left edge. This appears to be a padapuja, a foot-worship ritual, though the individual is not clearly identifiable from the feet alone.2015-07-21
