Temple scene of a ceremonial offering to two golden deity murtis seated on an ornate gilded throne with red drapery and dense flower garlands in yellow, red and white. In the centre, a figure with a bare upper body and swept-up hair in a red dhoti-style cloth raises one arm and holds a brass plate near the murtis. On the left, a priest in a white dhoti and an ornate gold-patterned crown holds out his hand toward the plate. Gold hanging ornaments and a garland decorate the lower part of the altar. The scene suggests a puja or abhishekam at a temple shrine.2012-05-02March 07 20132013-03-07December 18 20112011-12-18December 18 20112011-12-18December 22 20102010-12-22November 06 20112011-11-06December 22 20102010-12-22December 22 20102010-12-22December 12 20112011-12-12A photograph of a festival scene in front of a golden arched frame with red drapery.
