December 18 20112011-12-18A smiling man in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold throne decorated with a large floral backdrop of red, orange, yellow, purple and white flowers. He wears an orange turban with a small emblem, a long rudraksha-style gold and beaded necklace, a golden pendant, and a multicoloured flower garland draped across his chest. His arms rest on gold armrests flanked by gold lion-head carvings, and a gold ceremonial staff stands at the left. Golden carved dragon and deity figures frame the scene. The man appears as a probable Swamiji due to his saffron robes, turban, gold necklaces and ceremonial setting, though the identification is uncertain.2015-01-13A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne framed by a large arch of flower garlands in red, orange, yellow, pink and white. The seated person wears a rust-orange turban with a crescent emblem, a rust-orange robe over a golden-bordered dhoti, a long red and white flower garland, gold chains and gold bangles. Two golden lion sculptures flank the throne, which has red tiger-striped cushions. A silver staff leans on the right side, a small white candle sits at lower left, and a dark red curtain forms the backdrop. The figure is a person by appearance, with a turban, ornate garlands and gold adornments, and is seated in the role of a central honoured figure on the throne.2014-12-05A seated man in an orange-saffron turban, orange dhoti and shawl, wearing a multi-strand gold necklace and a long red-and-white flower garland, sits on an ornate gold throne. The throne back is framed by a large arch of marigolds and roses in orange, red, yellow, purple and white, with brass oil lamps on either side and peacock-shaped finials. Gold earrings and bangles are visible. The bright decorated backdrop suggests a temple hall or satsang stage.December 16 20112011-12-16A man seated cross-legged on an ornate gold throne with carved lion-head armrests and red cushions, against deep maroon drapery. He wears an orange-saffron turban, a saffron-orange wrap and dhoti, a rudraksha mala and a gold pendant, and red-and-white garlands. His hands are raised in front of him in an open, greeting gesture and he is smiling. Probable Swamiji by appearance: the orange turban, saffron clothing, rudraksha mala and gold ornaments are the qualifying cues, seated on the throne.2015-06-21October 18 20102010-10-18 +1 copiesA photograph of a man seated on an ornate gold throne (peetha) decorated with a large arch of marigold and rose garlands in orange, yellow, purple, white and red. He wears an orange-saffron turban, an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl, a multi-strand gold necklace and a long rudraksha-style mala of red and white beads, with gold earrings and bangles. Brass oil lamps with peacock-shaped finials flank the throne, and a gold-framed kalasha-style ornament is visible above. The backdrop is a colourful painted set. The man's hands rest on the armrests as he faces the camera.2013-01-01January 1st 2013 +1 copiesA seated man in a golden-trimmed throne of a temple-like hall is draped with a long garland of red, yellow, green and purple flowers and wears a cream turban and a brown embroidered top with green silk pants. His right hand is raised near his mouth as if chanting or speaking. Behind him a large arch of garlands in bands of yellow, green, purple and white flowers frames the seat. Two painted standing deity statues with crowns, garlands and raised hands flank the throne, and a silver ceremonial staff rests on the left. The gold-embellished platform is draped in red cloth.2011-12-13A photo of a man seated on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, hands pressed together in namaste at chest level. He wears an orange-saffron robe and a long white and red flower garland draped over his shoulders and across the throne. Flower garlands in white, red and yellow frame the throne's back, and red and yellow marigolds decorate the arms. Two white-draped side tables hold bowls of apples and vases of yellow and white flowers. Pink and gold curtains with swan motifs form the stage backdrop, and a green carpet covers the floor. The man has long hair, a crown-like adornment is absent, and a rudraksha-style garland is not clearly visible. Given the saffron robe, long swept hair and throne setting, the seated man is a person candidate in person.2009-07-11September 10 20122012-09-10
