Night photograph of a paved courtyard beside a lit building. Several monks in saffron-orange robes stand in the lamplight. A tall, smiling man in orange dhoti and shawl walks forward at centre, with a bald monk in orange and a rudraksha mala behind him. Another monk in orange stands further back on the right. On the right, a person in a pale yellow-cream garment bends forward in front of the group. In the background, a person holds a lit oil lamp on a tray. A canopy overhead is visible at upper left.

Night photograph of a walkway paved with square tiles, lit by warm light from a building at right. A young man in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl walks forward smiling, barefoot or in sandals, with a thin cord around his neck. Behind him, a shaved-headed man in orange robes wears a long rudraksha mala and holds a small object, followed by a man in cream-white robes. At right, people in pale yellow and white cloth stand close to the frame. Several figures are partly cut off at the edges.

Night photograph on a brick-paved walkway beside a lit building with a covered canopy. Several monastic men in saffron-orange robes stand and walk; one at left wears orange dhoti and shawl, a bald man in the centre wears orange with a rudraksha mala, and a figure behind wears light saffron. At right a man in a yellow shirt and dark trousers moves past, partly blurred, near a person in red cloth bending over a large grey sack on the ground. No visible person is clearly identified as a person by the cues required, so the appearance is uncertain and roles are given instead.

Night-time outdoor scene on a paved walkway beside a building with a dark awning. A woman in an orange-red sari and a bare-shouldered orange-red garment holds a lit oil lamp with a flame, her hands cupped around it. Beside her a shaved-headed man in orange-red robes wears a rudraksha mala and holds a small brass vessel. Another woman in a pale yellow-ochre sari leans in to the lamp. On the right, two men in yellow-ochre dhotis and shirts stand with hands folded in reverence. A photographer's hands and camera are visible at the left edge. Oil lamp lit at dusk, a devotional lamp offering.

Night procession on a dirt path under dark trees. Four men walk in front, leading a group: at left, a bald man in white shirt and dhoti holds a red torch and a red-and-yellow fringed umbrella pole overhead; beside him a man wears an orange shawl with gold border and orange dhoti. In the centre, a long-haired man in a full orange-saffron dhoti with gold-bordered pleats and a long gold-and-bead necklace, Swamiji (probable), walks barefoot-style in orange sandals and holds the beads. Behind him a woman in orange sari with maroon border and a man in white kurta follow. At right, a bald man in orange robe with a gold necklace and thin glasses walks with his hands at his sides. A man in white kurta and dhoti walks at far right, and more people are visible at the back in the dark.

Night photograph of a ritual procession near a large dark tree trunk. In the foreground a figure in an orange saffron garment with a brown-and-maroon border stands with palms pressed together in prayer, wearing a beaded necklace and a ring; their back is turned to the camera. To the left, a man in a white dhoti with a gold-bordered cloth holds a lit oil lamp with a flame. Behind him, a man in white with an orange shawl draped over his shoulders walks alongside another man in white. Ground is bare earth with a faint white powder design.

A night photograph of a group of men walking along a red-tiled path beside a tree and a concrete utility pole. The central figure wears an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl with gold borders and a rudraksha mala, smiling and carrying a small cloth bag. Around him are men in white dhotis with gold borders and white shawls, some with bare upper bodies and sacred threads, plus an orange-robed man at left. A man in a white shirt stands at the far left edge, partly cropped. Dark trees and a low brick wall with a decorative iron gate fill the background.

Night outdoor photograph beneath a large banyan tree with dense aerial roots. A woman in an orange saffron robe with a red top stands at center, holding a metal oil lamp or brass bell-type implement in one hand and a lit flame in the other, gazing upward. Two men in white dhotis and white kurtas with orange shawls stand beside her; the man on the left holds a small tray, and the man on the right holds a handbell. A plain sandy ground and a white pole are visible at left, with a fire pit and offerings at lower right.
