A photograph of a gilded deity murti pair seated in a golden arched shrine against a deep red drape. The taller figure wears a red turban, jeweled crown-like ornaments, a heavy jeweled necklace with green and red stones, and holds a raised hand and a staff-like implement. The seated companion figure beside it wears a gold crown and an ornate golden garment with red fabric below. Both are draped with a long band of yellow and red flower garlands. In the foreground, a priest in a white dhoti with a bare shaved head and red sash reaches toward the base of the shrine, where a small figure in an orange turban and white garment sits partially visible beneath garlands. Gold ritual lamps and carved gilt frames surround the scene.2010-10-04A photograph inside a temple shrine showing two large golden deity murtis seated on a red-draped throne-like setting, one wearing a red turban and jeweled necklaces, the other wearing a golden crown with red and yellow garlands.
