Evening stage event under a white tent canopy. A seated figure in an orange robe with a saffron head wrap and a long beaded necklace sits in a gold upholstered armchair at the centre of a raised orange-fronted stage, in front of a microphone and small table. Behind him a large dark banner shows a smiling woman with a red dot on her forehead and a bead necklace, beside a peacock-feather motif and Tamil title text. A flat-screen TV sits on a low stand in the foreground. The seated figure's appearance is not clearly distinctive enough to confirm identity from visible cues alone, so he is recorded as a seated speaker with uncertain identity.
