A large outdoor evening gathering at night under floodlights, with a big crowd of seated men and some women in white shirts, dhotis, and colorful clothes sitting on white plastic chairs on dirt ground. Orange saffron flags line the open area and a portrait on a stand is visible at right, with a dark tree line behind. A white metal railing runs in the foreground. The portrait is too small and indistinct to determine who is pictured, so no identification is made.
