Night-time outdoor ritual under a corrugated metal roof with tall decorative banners at the sides. In the centre, a deity murti is decorated in red and gold on an ornate altar, lit by oil lamps. Several figures in orange and saffron robes stand and sit near the altar performing puja, with brass vessels and flowers arranged before them. A large seated audience in white clothes fills the foreground, some with their hands raised in worship. A man in white stands at the right edge holding a camera or phone above the crowd, and a foreground figure wears a floral garland. Smoke rises from the proceedings.2013-11-04Night photo of a satsang or puja at an outdoor temple-style stage. Dozens of devotees sit on the ground in front of a lit deity murti or illuminated image backdrop framed by gold-tinted arches and an orange curtain. Bright stage lights flank the scene, and a camera on a tripod records it. Many seated devotees wear white, orange and saffron clothes; one bare-headed figure in orange sits near the front. Standing attendants in white with garlands frame the stage on both sides, and a red carpet runs across the floor.2014-08-17February 06 20142014-02-06Night outdoor event under a corrugated roof with string lights in the background. In the foreground, a person seen from behind wears a red-maroon garment and a white and pink flower garland, seated facing a stage. On a wooden cart-like platform stands a large Ganesha deity murti with an orange-and-red garment, a raised trunk and ornate headdress, set on a red cloth. Several rows of children and young people in orange and saffron clothing sit on the ground, and a line of people in white ritual clothes sits at the right. A tall ornamental lamp post stands at left. The scene suggests a Ganesha festival procession or celebration.2014-08-25September 26 20092009-09-26November 04 20132013-11-04February 21 20152015-02-21November 04 20132013-11-04October 03 20142014-10-03May 24 20172017-05-24September 24 20172017-09-24 +2 copiesFebruary 06 20142014-02-06
