A dusty unpaved lane in a South Indian town runs past a pale grey concrete building with a green signboard above its entrance, bearing Tamil script. An orange and black lorry with a tarpaulin canopy stands at left, with a small paper poster taped to its side and a motorbike parked beside it. A silver SUV is driving toward the building entrance. At right, a tall plain concrete wall is in front of a bamboo scaffold draped with red and white cloth. Palm trees and foliage are visible in the background under a bright sky.

A dusty dirt lane beside a grey concrete wall in a Tamil Nadu village. A silver Ford SUV drives forward between parked motorcycles and an orange flatbed truck with a dark tarpaulin cover and a small white banner. On the left, four men stand with palms pressed together in greeting, one in a white shirt, others in yellow and checked shirts. A green signboard with Tamil script is on a building behind, and a wall on the right is draped with red and white cloth.

A narrow dirt lane between a pale concrete building on the left and a tall plain wall on the right. A silver Ford SUV with a Karnataka registration plate drives toward the camera. A man in a yellow shirt and white dhoti stands at the building's entrance beside a parked bicycle, and another man in a light shirt and dhoti stands in a doorway. Behind them a red and black banner reads Kalpataru and a Tamil message about darshan. Scattered litter lies on the ground.

A dusty village lane lined with strings of orange and yellow pennants and palm fronds, with a silver SUV parked at left. A saffron-robed sannyasi in orange, with long hair and a bare chest, stands near the vehicle's open door, while a group of devotees in white kurtas and dhotis and some in white sarees follow. A man in white with a yellow sash stands at right. A tall yellow-flowered tree and a building with a hoarding behind the crowd complete the scene.

A dirt road lined with palm and banana trees runs toward the viewer, with a silver SUV driving down the centre of the road. A low concrete compound wall on the left is hung with a strip of white and blue flags or cloth pennants strung along its top. Small orange-flowered shrubs and young plants grow along the verge, and a figure in white stands far down the road, partly obscured by the trees. Distant hills and a few buildings appear beyond the greenery under an overcast sky.

A photograph of a dirt lane lined with white walls and a yellow building, with strings of small lights overhead. A long-haired man in a saffron-orange robe and a gold necklace walks centre-frame, with a bare-chested young man in a white dhoti walking beside him. Behind them, a bare-chested man in a white dhoti and another in red stand near steps, and an older man in a light shirt and white dhoti walks in the foreground. A grey SUV is parked at left and a white car sits in the background. The Swamiji (probable) cues are his long swept-back hair, saffron robe and gold necklace.

A photograph of a dusty village lane shaded by large leafy trees, with a black SUV parked in the road. A line of devotees stands along the roadside on both sides of the vehicle: men in white shirts and white or grey trousers, a woman in an orange saree, a man in a pink shirt, and a bearded man in white with a vibhuti-like mark. Several people hold small orange flags on poles. A white-clad devotee in a red dhoti stands at left beside a heap of gravel. Two men sit on motorbikes at right, one wearing a checked lungi. A green-walled building and a signboard appear at left. The scene looks like a welcoming crowd awaiting a visiting procession.

On the temple steps, a group of about eight people in white clothes and saffron or orange shawls stands near the entrance. To the left, a dark stone Shivalinga-style object and a grey stone pillar sit beside a small shed, and palm trees rise behind the buildings. On the right, a billboard shows a framed portrait of a smiling woman in orange and the words Kalpataru, with a phone number.
