Close-up photograph of an elephant's trunk curled over a round, shallow stone basin, with water spilling from the trunk's tip into the basin. A thin white pipe and a teal hose run beside the basin against a grey, weathered wall with dark stains and small plants. A grey shoe sits at the lower right on gravel. No people are visible.

A man in white ceremonial clothing with a shaved head and a long braid pours water from a vessel over a dark stone Shivalingam set on a layered stone yoni-peetha base during an abhishekam. A younger man in saffron-orange robes stands to the right holding a brass pot, and another saffron-robed figure is partly visible behind. Water runs down the lingam and across the wet stone platform. The setting is an open-sided structure with a water tank in the background. Appearance-based identification is uncertain, so the central figure is described by role as the officiating priest.

A grey elephant drinks from a shallow concrete basin fed by a running tap in a dirt yard beside a weathered grey wall, with a tiled-roof building and green trees behind. A shirtless man in a yellow-orange dhoti stands at the elephant's side with one hand on his hip, looking toward the animal. A pair of sandals rests on the ground near the basin. The scene is an everyday outdoor moment at a compound, with no visible ritual, throne or ceremonial garlands.

A photograph of an outdoor farm area at a KAILASA site, with a man in an orange lungi and white shirt bending over a muddy puddle to fill an orange clay pot from a pipe. An orange plastic bucket sits at left and a dark cylindrical water tank stands at right beside a rusted metal pipe. Green grass, a pink corrugated wall and a potted plant frame the scene.

A photograph of a ritual abhishekam in progress. A brass vessel is tilted high, pouring a cascade of water over a dark stone linga or murti. Water splashes in bright droplets around the stone. A person in an orange saffron garment, with a rudraksha-style mala visible at the wrist area, holds the pot; only the arm and torso are visible, face not shown. Coconut palm fronds stand in the background under bright daylight.

A large grey temple elephant with decorated tusks, bells hanging from its neck and yellow flowers on its head stands in a dim stone temple corridor, its trunk extended to touch the hand of a person in an orange robe. The orange-robed figure, seen from behind with dark hair tied back, bends forward. A second man in a white shirt and light lungi stands behind the elephant near a stone pillar, with the elephant's handler holding a long stick. The blue-grey pillars and dark ceiling of the corridor frame the scene.

A close photograph of a black stone Nandi bull statue being bathed. A bare-chested man in an orange and red-striped dhoti pours liquid from a golden-yellow pot onto the bull's head, and yellow liquid runs down its face and snout. The Nandi wears a garland of red, white, yellow and purple flowers draped along its neck, and the man has white sacred markings on his arms and a brown rudraksha mala. The background is a blurred green tree. The scene suggests an abhishekam ritual.

A dusty construction site at an ashram-style compound. A white-walled shed with ventilation grilles and red-painted pillars stands at right, with an open dark doorway beside it. In the foreground are piles of gravel, stacked bricks, bags of material, a sand heap and a corrugated metal sheet. At left, a grey stone sculpture of a deity stands beside a small roofed structure with potted orange flowers. A water tank sits on a stand and a surveillance camera is mounted on a pole. No people are visible.
