December 26 20132013-12-26Outdoor padapuja ceremony in which a person seated on a red cushioned throne, wearing rust-red draped robes, a gold-and-beaded garland and white tilak, extends a hand in blessing over a devotee kneeling before the seat. Another devotee in white with an orange shawl bends forward, hands folded, while red flower petals lie near the feet. Behind them, women in red and maroon saris hold brass tridents and ritual items beside saffron-shawled men and a woman in white with folded hands. Red and yellow decorative cloth and palms frame the open-air setting. Seated figure appears to be a person, the throne-seated figure receiving padapuja.2013-12-26December 26 20132013-12-26April 09 20142014-04-09December 26 20132013-12-26Outdoor ritual gathering under a canopy with an orange and red ceremonial banner overhead. In the foreground, a long-haired figure in maroon and gold-bordered saffron-red cloth and a beaded necklace stands with hands joined, facing a person bowing low to the ground in a light beige shirt. Behind them, devotees in orange and red robes, rudraksha malas and red shawls stand with hands folded, while men in white kurtas with red shawls press forward. The scene suggests a padapuja-style reverence ceremony with devotees in attendance.2013-12-26November 20 20132013-11-20December 26 20132013-12-26Photograph of a darshan moment indoors in front of a deep red velvet drape and a pale green curved backdrop. A smiling man in an orange saffron robe with a red tilak on his forehead and a long garland of yellow fruit beads stands at right, his hand resting on the head of a man in a red and white checked shirt who bows forward at left. A third person in a light blue striped shirt stands at right edge. At left a tray holds a red fruit and wrapped sweets.2010-08-04A photograph of a seated figure on a red-upholstered throne receiving devotees outdoors under a canopy. The seated figure wears saffron-orange robes, a long swept-back dark hair, and a beaded rudraksha-style garland with a gold ceremonial necklace; the appearance cues are sufficient for a probable Swamiji candidate. He extends his hand toward a crowd. Around him, devotees in saffron and white clothes press forward; a woman in a red sari stands with her hands folded, and a man in white with a red shawl raises both hands in greeting at right. A bald man in saffron and a devotee in white with a red shawl kneel or bow near the throne's base. A small book rests on the throne's side, and flags and palm fronds are visible behind the crowd. Probable Swamiji candidate seated on throne, receiving devotees.2013-12-26June 22 20142014-06-22 +1 copiesJune 22 20142014-06-22 +1 copies
