Outdoor ritual scene under green trees. A tall figure with long dark swept-back hair and a red tilak on the forehead stands on an elevated platform wearing a bright saffron-orange shawl wrapped over the body, with a distinctive full-length saffron garment; the cues are long hair, saffron ornate clothing and a ceremonial setting, so the appearance is a probable Swamiji (probable) presence. Beside him a printed portrait on a stand, labelled "PARAMAHAMSA NITHYANANDA", shows a man in an orange turban and saffron clothing. A young man in orange robes holds a brass tray with a golden kalasha-like vessel, while a woman in orange sari stands beside a red-and-gold ceremonial banner on a pole. Several women in orange saris stand to the right, one older woman with hands folded in namaste, and a red-and-gold canopy with tassels is visible at the upper right.

Outdoors in front of a temple with carved yellow-ochre stone pillars decorated with lion figures, an orange umbrella held overhead. A central figure with long dark swept-back hair wears an orange robe and a long rudraksha mala, his right hand raised to his ear. Behind him, several men in white dhotis with orange shawls stand near, and a white-shirted man stands further back. On the right edge, white flower garlands and red fabric are visible. Green trees fill the background. Appearance-based candidate: Swamiji (probable), based on long swept-back hair, orange robe and rudraksha mala, in person at the temple procession.

2004 - First Sannyas Deeksha At AdiKailaasa

A photograph of an outdoor procession at a decorated golden ratha-style shrine. A man in long swept-back hair and saffron-orange robe stands on the lower steps of the golden structure, which carries the printed sign "SRI ANANDESHWAR WITH ANANDESHWARI" above two golden seated deity murtis. Several saffron-robed attendants stand at left beneath colourful painted umbrellas with tasselled edges. Two large portrait posters labelled "PARAMAHAMSA NITHYANANDA" flank the shrine, one showing a man in white turban and another showing a man in saffron turban. Marigold garlands and dark floor mats lie on the steps, with trees and a building in the background.

A photograph of an outdoor festival procession under a clear blue sky. A long-haired man in orange saffron robes and a rudraksha mala, wearing a white and multicolour flower garland, smiles and walks forward with his hands held open. A large pink and red decorated parasol with bird motifs is held above him. Behind him stand rows of orange flags on white poles and tall palm trees. A crowd of devotees, many with their hands raised, fills the foreground and sides. Possibly a Swamiji (probable) receiving a welcome, identified by long swept-back hair, orange robes, rudraksha mala and garland.

Outdoor ritual photograph beneath a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots. A barefoot man in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban, with a long rudraksha mala, raises a brass arati lamp with flame toward the sky while holding a small handbell in the other hand. Behind him a woman in white with a bindi and dark standing figures watch. Seated in the foreground, a bearded man in white clothes gestures with open hands beside a wooden side table bearing a brass kalasha and a brass puja vessel, and a row of brass pots and a plate of fruit and flowers lie on the ground. Several seated and standing devotees in white clothes surround the scene, and a rudraksha-adorned priest figure stands at the centre.

Outdoor stage event at dusk under an orange canopy. A man with long dark hair, wearing an orange draped garment with a golden-yellow border and a large white and orange flower garland, smiles and gestures with one raised hand while standing at the front. Probable Swamiji (long swept-back hair, orange garment and floral garland) addressing the gathering. To his left, a man in orange robes holds a microphone and a man wears an orange dress with a pendant. Behind them, men in white dhotis with golden borders stand, and a shaved-headed man in orange sits in the lower right. Trees and a white screen are visible beyond the stage.

Outdoor photo of a figure in saffron-orange robes with long, swept-back dark hair, a red bindi on the forehead and a heavy gold ceremonial necklace, standing with palms pressed together in anjali mudra and eyes lowered. Beside him stands a bearded man in orange robes with a red mark on his forehead, partly visible. Behind them, blurred figures in white and yellow shawls stand in a line near a palm-lined ground with stone structures.
