December 12 20062006-12-12Three men work outdoors on a dusty, sandy site beside a grey stone wall. A man in a pale striped shirt and green checked lunghi, with an orange wrist thread, reaches toward a large grey granite slab. A middle worker in a blue shirt and a red-and-white head cloth tilts the slab. A third man in a blue checked shirt and grey trousers stands at right, watching. Several large polished granite blocks lie stacked behind them, and a small plastic water bottle sits on the blocks.2016-10-26 +1 copiesA photograph of an outdoor temple construction site under a clear sky. A large yellow-and-black crane hook with a lifting sling hangs in the upper left, lifting a large grey granite block. Several workers in lungis and head cloths stand among piles of cut granite slabs and blocks on red earth. Behind them, a group of people in white clothes sits on the ground near the excavated foundation trenches, and a water tank on a metal stand, floodlight poles and trees fill the background. One worker in a white shirt stands on a stone wall at the right.October 26 20162016-10-26 +1 copiesDecember 12 20062006-12-12 +1 copiesDecember 12 20062006-12-12 +1 copiesOctober 26 20162016-10-26 +1 copiesSeptember 10 20162016-09-10April 10 20082008-04-10A construction site photograph showing workers building a low wall of blue-grey dressed stone blocks bedded in mortar on excavated reddish-brown earth. A man in a striped light shirt and blue trousers, with a grey cloth tied on his head, leans over the wall and spreads mortar with a trowel. Beside him, a man in a white shirt and white dhoti stands with a cloth on his head, and at right a man in a light shirt and green lungi stands in sandals. Loose cut stones lie scattered across the ground, with metal basins and rubble behind them.2009-10-15Outdoor construction scene beside a grey stone boundary wall with red brick coping and green shrubs and trees behind. Three labourers work on a concrete or mortar strip: a man in a white shirt and grey trousers holds a long-handled trowel, a man in a checked shirt, blue-and-white lungi and red headcloth stands watching, and a shirtless man in a lungi pours from a round metal pan along a rope-guided line. Dry earth lies in the foreground. A small white plaque or stone sits atop the wall.2006-12-19October 26 20162016-10-26 +1 copies
