On the far right in the foreground, a long-haired person with a beard, gold earrings and a gold necklace, wearing an orange-brown shawl, sits or stands with bare shoulders and faces the group, their clothing and profile partly visible. Behind them several other people in white and red head coverings are visible.2016-10-16May 08 20182018-05-08A photograph of a ritual blessing in a temple hall. A man in a cream turban, orange-saffron robe and layered rudraksha malas stands centre-right, smiling, with his hand raised toward a bald man in a white striped shirt who leans in with bowed head. A young boy in a red-and-white top with hands pressed together stands at left. Men in white shirts and an orange-robed sannyasi with bare shoulders stand nearby, some with bracelets. The scene looks like a blessing or darshan moment. A man in a cream-coloured turban with a jewelled ornament and a white dhoti with a gold border wears rudraksha-style red beaded bracelets and a long beaded necklace; he is receiving a garland of white flowers and orange blossoms from a man in a striped shirt at left. A younger man in a saffron/orange robe stands at right, and several onlookers in white shirts and dhotis stand in the background. The turbaned man in white and gold is a candidate for a person on appearance (probable), based on his ornate turban, jewelled adornment and beaded necklaces, but the image is not clear enough to confirm identity.2012-04-09Indoor hall with white ceiling panels and recessed lights.
