A photograph of four men clustered around a seated figure in orange robes signing a document on a clipboard. The central figure wears an orange saffron garment, long dark hair, a red bindi and a rudraksha mala around the neck, and writes with a pen. On the left a man in a white shirt leans in, another in a cream short-sleeved shirt with a pen clipped to the pocket leans in from the right, and a third man in a striped shirt stands at the top left. Plastic chairs and a white wall form the setting.

A man with long swept-back dark hair, orange saffron robe draped over his shoulders, white sandalwood-paste tilak and red bindi on his forehead, sits at a table covered with a green cloth, writing with a pen on a blue plan sheet. Across from him a man in a white shirt and a woman in a yellow sari with a dark necklace review the document. Behind them a woman in orange with glasses stands near a white carved throne-like chair and a black board with Telugu script in a marble-floored hall with ornate pillars. Probable Swamiji (long swept-back hair, saffron robe, tilak) is seated in person at the table with the plan.

Around him, several men in white shirts and dark trousers lean in to look at the documents; one at left points at the page and one at right wears a patterned grey shirt and a wristwatch.
