Photograph of a man with dark hair and a grey moustache in a white shirt and gold bracelet, eyes closed, being blessed with a hand placed on his forehead by a figure in a red sleeveless top and orange shawl with long dark hair tied back. Another man in white stands behind them, and a few people are partly visible at the edges. In the background a dim hall has white garments on a rack and a framed portrait, with a seated figure at lower left. The orange-shawled figure is a candidate for a person by appearance cues of long swept hair and orange clothing, but the face and build are not clear enough to confirm, so this is marked as probable and uncertain.2009-07-25July 25 20092009-07-25September 13 20092009-09-13 +1 copiesA photograph of a blessing at an indoor evening event. A man in orange robes with long dark hair pulled back places his right hand on the crown of a man in a white shirt, whose eyes are closed and palms are pressed together at his forehead. A woman with hair tied back in a white top and a second man in a striped white shirt with folded hands stand close by, with a crowd and bright stage lights behind them. The robed figure has a long bare arm and an orange cloth, and appears to be Swamiji (probable) based on the orange robes and long hair, while the blessing is given to a devotee.2010-02-14A photograph of a blessing moment in a hall with a balcony crowd behind. A bare-chested man in an orange-and-red garment with long swept-back dark hair places his right hand on the head of a man in a white shirt and white dhoti who bows forward. Behind them a man in a white shirt and cream dhoti smiles, and white-clad devotees line the upper balcony. Yellow and pink flower garlands hang at the right edge. a person's appearance cues: long swept-back hair and distinctive orange-and-red clothing, with the blessing performed by him. Visible people: roughly ten to fifteen including the balcony crowd.2009-08-09A photograph of a healing or blessing moment indoors under warm, dim lighting with hanging decorative cloth above. A person with long, dark, curly hair in an orange sleeveless top places a hand on the shoulder of a balding older man in a white short-sleeved shirt and light trousers who bends his head forward. A second woman in an orange-red sari with a bindi stands behind, reaching toward the man's forehead. A badge hangs from the man's neck and another orange-clad person stands at the right edge. The orange-clad figure with long curly hair shows appearance cues but is not clearly distinctive enough to confirm identity, so the role is given as a devotee or sannyasi.2010-02-10July 20 20102010-07-20January 22 20102010-01-22A photograph inside a large hall with a metal roof and fluorescent lights. The older man wears a rudraksha mala, a wristwatch and a bracelet, and bows with his palms joined.
