A decorated elephant with a red and gold headdress extends its trunk toward a person in a saffron-orange garment with a pink and white flower garland, who reaches out to touch it. A man in the centre wears a saffron-orange robe, a long white and red flower garland, rudraksha beads and a red tilak, with long swept-back hair; he walks forward with hands clasped, and the appearance is consistent with a person candidate but the cues are not strong enough to confirm. Men in white dhotis and shirts walk around him; one on the left carries a tray of flowers, and one on the right in white with a red and gold shawl holds a decorated basket with flowers. A young boy in a red checked shirt walks at the left, and devotees in white and saris follow behind with decorated umbrellas and drums visible at the right edge.2006-12-29December 25 20072007-12-25Night procession at an outdoor temple event beneath large red, yellow and green ornate parasols edged with sequins, with a yellow and red banner behind.
