2002 - Glimpses From Various Programs2002-01-01A photograph taken outdoors on a flat rooftop with a low brick parapet, with a rocky, green hill rising behind it under a hazy sky. A man in an orange robe with an orange turban and a rudraksha mala sits on a chair at the right, facing a seated group of devotees. Around a dozen people sit on the roof in front of him, mostly in white and pale clothing, including women in white and pink saris and a small child in red. A standing man in white shirt and trousers stands at the far right edge. Several seated devotees are in the foreground with their backs to the camera.2002-11-19Outdoor rooftop satsang on a terrace with a wooded hillside behind. A man with long dark hair, wearing an orange-saffron robe and rudraksha mala, sits on a cushioned chair and speaks to a seated group. Around him are many children in bright clothes and adults in orange, pink and white, several sitting on the floor. Behind him a standing attendant in white holds a cloth, and another figure in orange stands near a low table with bowls. Probable Swamiji (probable) sits centrally, distinguished by his long swept-back hair, saffron robe and mala. Trees and a clear sky fill the background.2012-07-15Outdoor photo of a crowd seated on a stone pavement during a temple ceremony. In the centre-right, a young man with long dark hair wears an orange turban, an orange and gold garment, a green flower garland and folded hands in anjali, seated among devotees. Beside him, a man in white with an orange shawl and a rudraksha mala also sits with hands joined. On the left, a bespectacled man in white with a tilak and mala folds his hands. Many other devotees in white and orange shawls sit behind and around them, some with hands folded, and a woman in a green sari appears at the lower left. Cues for the central figure are a long swept-back hairstyle, an orange turban and ornate gold-and-orange clothing, though the appearance is not conclusive.2006-09-24A street scene in Tiruvannamalai with a crowd gathered around a central figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban, wearing a long gold necklace and a rudraksha mala. The figure is gesturing with an open hand while speaking. Surrounding men wear white shirts and dhotis, several with rudraksha malas, and children and a woman in grey stand near the front. Behind them are shopfronts, a decorated gateway with bunting, a parked white car and overhead power lines.2007-01-12Outdoor photograph on a rocky hillside terrace overlooking a town, with a large granite boulder behind. Many devotees in white clothes sit on striped mats and cloths in rows, facing away from the camera. A woman in a white sari and a seated figure in an orange-saffron head wrap and orange robe are in the foreground. Several men in white kurtas stand and move along the terrace behind them, and a child in a floral dress is nearby. Some people wear red or pink garments, and a water bottle sits on the wall. The scene suggests a seated gathering on the hill during a sacred observance.2002-11-19Indoor photograph of a meeting in a plain room with pale blue and cream walls and a frosted window. On the left, a long-haired figure in an orange saffron top and white shawl with a gold border sits facing the group and gestures with open hands while speaking. Seated on the floor before them is a crowd of devotees: men in white shirts and dhotis wearing rudraksha malas, women in yellow and light blue saris, a woman in glasses with a pendant, and small children, including a young girl in a green dress. The mood is attentive and conversational.2006-09-232002 - Glimpses From Various Programs2002-01-01 +2 copies2002 - Glimpses From Various Programs2002-01-01 +2 copies2003 - Sacred collection UncategorizedSeptember 23 20062006-09-23A photograph of a seated congregation in a bare, open-sided hall with grey concrete walls and a corrugated roof.
