May 08 20202020-05-08Close-up photo of a hand holding a silver cobra figure, its hood raised and scales finely detailed. The hand wears a carved gold ring and layered gold and beaded bracelets. The background is a blurred golden ornate throne or altar with sparkling decorative metalwork. Only the hand and arm of one person are visible, so one physical person appears, with no face shown. The cobra is a ritual object.2024-04-05June 01 20202020-06-01Close photograph of a hand holding a large gold cobra-hooded staff or sceptre against a plain mauve backdrop. The hand wears a bracelet of rudraksha beads with gold spacers, and a small gold pendant with a deity relief hangs from the staff's base. A red cloth lies below. No face is visible, so no person can be identified and there is no visible evidence of a person's presence.2020-03-04 +2 copiesMarch 13 20202020-03-13 +2 copiesA close crop of a bare forearm and hand gripping a silver trident (trishula) with a twisted silver shaft and ornate engraved tines. The wrist wears a thick band of brown rudraksha beads. Above the arm, a leopard-print cloth wrapped around the waist shows dark red beaded strands. The background is a dark olive-brown smoky backdrop. The figure's face and upper body are not visible. Only one arm and hand are shown, so the frame holds one partially visible person. The trident symbolises Lord Shiva's deity iconography.2019-11-10A close-up composite image of a hand and forearm with gold ornaments reaching down over a silver cobra-hooded object, possibly a Shiva lingam or serpent sculpture, against a deep red and black starry cosmic background. The forearm wears a layered gold bracelet with textured round gold beads and a gold ring with a trident motif on the middle finger. The fingers are poised in a gesture just above the silver hood. A small bird silhouette appears at the upper left.
