Outdoor photograph of a large black stone Shivalinga rising from a stepped platform in water, decorated with a band of marigold garlands and yellow flowers around its base. Water jets spray from the platform. Hundreds of people in white clothes stand in the water in the foreground, and more in white line the stone tiers on the left and the platform edge. A ratha-style decorated vehicle with red and gold trim and garlands sits at the right. A concrete building with rooftop scaffolding stands in the background under a pale sky. The scene shows a holy dip at the Vaidya Sarovar tank.
