Outdoor festival photo of a crowded procession at a stone-stepped tank or sacred bathing area. A floral palanquin on the left is draped with garlands of yellow and orange marigolds and green leaves, with a golden trident-like staff rising near the centre. Two multicoloured umbrellas with fringed edges are held aloft above the procession. Many people fill the steps, mostly dressed in white, with some in yellow shawls and orange or saffron garments; a few women wear saris and children stand among them. A man in a white shirt holds a camera near the umbrellas. A bald man in white is visible at lower centre, and many devotees crowd close together moving toward the water.
