A photograph of a long row of shaven-headed men seated cross-legged on a white-tiled floor in a hall, many in white dhotis and white shawls with red borders, hands pressed together in prayer. A man on the left wears a white garment with a red edge and a gold chain, while the man in front holds a microphone. Before them are long lines of banana leaves holding food, with paper cups placed along the floor. Tripundra-style white markings are visible on some arms. Behind them hang yellow and blue decorative banners, and a sign on the wall is partly readable.

A long row of young men in plain white dhoti and white upper cloths sits cross-legged on the floor of a hall, many with hands joined in prayer or namaskar. Several wear gold chains and necklaces, and some have ash or sandalwood marks on their foreheads and bodies. Before each person lies a banana leaf with rice, vegetables and food, with steel cups of water beside it. At the far end of the hall a small framed portrait sits on an orange upholstered chair near a low wooden table with brass lamps. Colourful decorative hangings in yellow, red and blue hang from the white ceiling, and ceiling fans turn overhead.

Photo of a seated group of men in an indoor hall with a light tiled floor, sitting in a row on straw mats before banana-leaf plates of food and rows of white paper cups. The men at the front wear white dhotis with gold borders and bare upper bodies with rudraksha malas, hands pressed in anjali; behind them, men in saffron-orange robes with beaded necklaces and shaved heads sit with palms joined. A wooden cabinet, a framed portrait on the back wall, orange and red drapes, and an ornate golden chair on a raised platform appear in the background. A woman sits at the far right edge. The setting suggests a ritual meal or annadan at an ashram hall.

In the foreground, several men in white dhotis with maroon and gold borders sit with palms pressed together in namaskar, some with bare upper bodies and tripundra marks on their foreheads, one wearing a rudraksha mala. On the left, two men in saffron-orange robes sit with hands folded. Before them are brass plates with fruit, flowers, small oil lamps and cups on orange cloth mats. Behind the front row, many seated devotees, including children and women in colourful clothing, face the same direction. Red curtains hang at the back of the room.

A row of men seated cross-legged on mats in a plain whitewashed hall, hands pressed together in namaskar with eyes closed. They wear white dhotis with red borders and bare upper bodies, some with rudraksha malas, gold bangles and a gold chain. In front of each is a green banana leaf set with rice, papadam, vegetables and sweets, with steel tumblers of water. A small framed portrait sits on a white draped table at the far right, and a red-framed door and a tripod-mounted speaker stand at left. This appears to be a meal offering or prasadam seating during a ritual gathering.
