A smiling man sits on a cushioned throne wearing an ornate gold crown, a green-gold garment, a gold armlet and a white-and-red flower garland. Marigold and jasmine garlands wrap the chariot railings and pillars. Blurred orange flags and a few onlookers' heads appear in the foreground. Swamiji (probable): the seated man has long swept-back dark hair, a gold crown, ceremonial gold necklaces and garlands, consistent with the page's reference to a procession with Swamiji, though his face is not used for identification.2010-12-20June 03 20152015-06-03October 15 20152015-10-15July 09 20172017-07-09April 23 20182018-04-23December 09 20162016-12-09A seated man in a rust-red turban with a jewelled ornament and a pink-and-white flower garland sits on an ornate golden throne (peetha) with gold lion armrests draped in red cloth and leopard-print cushions over a tiger-striped seat. Behind him is a large floral backdrop of marigolds, roses and white blossoms, with hanging garlands above. He wears a rust-red robe, gold necklaces, a gold pendant and bangles, and holds a microphone stand nearby during a discourse. Swamiji (probable) is seated, wearing a red turban, layered gold necklaces and flower garlands, with the appearance and attire of a teacher giving a satsang on a throne.2017-07-09May 18 20192019-05-18October 02 20082008-10-02A photograph of a ceremonial moment in front of a deity murti seated on a gold ornate throne with a red velvet curtain behind. The murti wears a large gold crown, a jeweled and embroidered orange-and-white garment, and is garlanded with thick bands of red, yellow and white flowers. On the left, a standing man in an orange-brown turban and a red flower garland, bare-shouldered with gold armlets and a gold-trimmed brown dhoti, holds a white ceremonial staff and raises his open palm toward the murti. The visible cues are a turban, red garland, gold armlets and ritual staff; the figure's identity is not established by the image. Gold bangles and a green-and-red silk drape complete the scene.2015-04-28
