Several servers wear orange lanyards and some have rudraksha malas around their necks. One server in the foreground holds a plate of rice, yellow dal and green vegetables, while others use tongs and spoons to serve from the trays. A steel bucket with a yellow handle sits in front of the counter, and people wait in line behind, some in white and others in casual clothes.
