A group of about ten people stands in a loose row with palms pressed together in namaskar, mostly in white dhotis and white kurtas. Two central figures wear saffron/orange shawls over white clothing, one raising a hand in blessing. A small child in a blue skirt and white top kneels at the left edge. On the ground in front are a red-rimmed offering plate and a few small items.2007-09-172010 - Photo AlbumAugust 17 20072007-08-17 +2 copiesMay 16 20122012-05-16November 10 20112011-11-10A small indoor hall with a plain light wall and a few pale fluorescent-lit fixtures. A row of seated devotees in white clothes stands and sits in a line on the left, while a figure in saffron-orange robes stands centre-right with hands joined, facing a group of people in white. The scene looks like a gathering or satsang. Several people in white ritual dress are visible, with some seated on the floor and others standing near the front.2010-12-04December 01 20122012-12-01Outdoors on a bare reddish-brown earth clearing before dense green forest, a group of men in plain white dhotis and white shirts stand in a line with hands folded in prayer. A bare-chested man in front wears an orange-saffron shawl draped over his shoulders and holds a small offering vessel. A small flame burns on the ground in front of them beside a red object, with dry leaves scattered on the soil. A child in a white top and dark blue skirt stands at the right edge watching. Several men have their eyes closed or heads bowed in devotion. The scene suggests a simple outdoor puja or fire offering.2007-09-17January 16 20122012-01-16
