Outdoor procession on a sandy ground beneath palm trees, with a striped and tasselled ceremonial umbrella held over a central figure. A young person in an orange robe with a fresh white and red flower garland stands with hands folded in namaste, while beside them a man in an orange robe holds a small brass plate. Several men in orange robes and one in a white dhoti with an orange shawl stand nearby, and a bearded man in white with a yellow sash and rudraksha mala stands to the left. Other attendants in white with yellow sashes and a crowd of onlookers in white shirts and white dhotis watch from behind. Decorative triangular banners on poles and colourful palm-frond decorations complete the scene.
