Abhishekam at a Shiva lingam on a dark stone yoni-peetha. A man in saffron-orange robes with a draped orange cloth over his head lifts a copper vessel and pours liquid over the lingam, while a second orange-robed priest with a rudraksha mala holds the vessel's base. A third bearded man in orange stands behind holding a small copper pot. Marigold and rose petals lie on the stone, and a tall brass lamp stand with lit flame stands in the foreground. Beside them a golden deity murti is seated, draped in red and white cloth, with a garland of yellow flowers.

Two men in saffron-orange robes hold the bowl and pot above the linga, and a third saffron-robed man with long hair stands behind. At left, another saffron-clad man in an orange kurta watches. Right of centre, a golden seated deity murti with a white and red dhoti-draped cloth nearby, a tall brass oil lamp with a lotus-shaped base stands in the foreground, and marigold and rose garlands hang at the top right. Floral petals lie on the stone floor, and liquid streams down the peetha.2010-01-02 +1 copiesJanuary 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesJanuary 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesJanuary 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesJanuary 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesDecember 16 20092009-12-16A photograph of an abhishekam at a stone shivalinga on a black stone yoni-peetha base. A man in an orange saffron wrap and gold beaded necklace, with white tilak on his forehead, pours water from a brass kalasha over the linga, while a second man in orange robes with a rudraksha-style garland and a red bindi holds a brass vessel beside it. A yellowish liquid flows off the platform over carved white stone. A white-clad attendant stands at left and a deity murti with a purple and gold cloth and flower garland appears at right. The page says Swamiji was present; the orange-clad pourer shows only a slight face-appearance match, so identity is unsure.2009-12-16December 16 20092009-12-16January 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesPhotograph of a Shiva linga abhishekam at night.
