A seated priest in saffron-orange robes with a shaved head performs an evening puja before a golden deity murti of a standing goddess draped in a garland of yellow, red, green and white flowers. He holds a lit oil lamp in one hand toward the image. Brass oil lamps stand beside a gold-and-brass altar, a gold pitcher and bowls sit on a stone basin in the foreground, and a black stone statue of a sage in orange cloth stands at right against a red and white stepped dais. Hanging saffron and gold cloths decorate the orange walls.

Photograph of a puja ceremony in a hall. In the centre, a man with a shaved head, glasses and a rudraksha mala sits cross-legged in saffron-orange clothing with his hands pressed together in prayer. Beside him on the left, a young boy in an orange turban and orange robe with gold trim, also with a rudraksha mala, sits with hands folded. Behind them, a decorated altar holds deity murti garlanded with yellow and white flowers, with pink draped cloth. In front, a brass oil lamp burns, with brass bowls of flowers, a kalasha-style vessel, and stacked yellow turmeric blocks on a stone slab. Smoke rises at right.

Photograph inside a temple-like hall during an aarti with a lit brass lamp. In the foreground, a blurred figure in orange robes holds up a tall, multi-tiered brass lamp with many lit wicks. Behind, a seated figure in orange and red garments and a rudraksha mala sits on an ornate gold throne with a golden canopy, framed by a garland of red, yellow and green flowers. A female figure in orange sits near a microphone at the lower centre. Gold pillars and a deity murti stand beside the throne. The seated figure at the throne shows bare-chested adornments and a rudraksha mala; his appearance is consistent with the page reference, but a clear identification is uncertain. Several people visible in the scene.

A photograph of a temple ritual before an ornate deity murti of Meenakshi, adorned with white and multicolored flower garlands, jewelled crown and gold ornaments, seated on a pink draped platform beneath a gold canopy. In the foreground a man in a rust-red dhoti with a gold-bordered shawl and a rudraksha mala holds a lit oil lamp aloft during aarti, while a young assistant in orange and gold robes with a saffron turban sits with palms joined in namaskar. Another attendant in an orange turban holds a lamp nearby, and a second figure in orange robes sits behind with a garland on a flower-decorated seat. Brass vessels, a bowl of flowers and a yellow-tiled platform occupy the lower foreground. A possible candidate with shaved head and bare shoulders is present but the appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm identity; no printed name appears in the scene.

A seated figure in orange-saffron robes and long dark hair performs an aarti with a lit oil lamp before a Shiva shrine. Behind a black Shivalingam on a stone yoni base stands a large bronze deity murti of Shiva in a dancing or standing pose, draped in white and yellow flower garlands. A kneeling assistant in saffron clothing stands with hands joined in namaste beside the altar. Ornate gold arches frame the room, and tall decorative pillars wrapped in colourful embroidered cloth with floral and elephant motifs rise at the back. Brass oil lamps, kalasha vessels, and offering plates sit on the tiled platform. The scene shows a temple puja with abhishekam-style offerings and a worship lamp.

A photograph of a homa ritual in a temple hall. A shaved-headed priest in white dhoti and shawl sits cross-legged before a yellow-brick fire pit with offerings, hands folded in prayer, with a microphone on a stand before him. Beside him sits a man in saffron-orange robes and a garland, hands resting on his lap. Behind them are three decorated shrines with deity murtis garlanded in red, yellow and white flowers, and a bowl of flower petals and turmeric sits on a plate in front. Brass lamps and a kalasha are in the frame.

A seated priest in orange robes and a matching orange head covering performs a puja at an altar in a temple room. He wears a long rudraksha mala and holds a small brass handbell near his chest. Before him is a copper tiered object, a kalasha-like pyramidal vessel on a wooden stand, with brass lamps, fruit, flowers and a brass tray of offerings. A red and green silk cloth and a garland of red and white flowers hang at right, and a second robed man sits partly visible at left. The room has white tiled walls and a gold-framed deity shrine behind.
