Photo 11690334A seated figure on an ornate gold throne with carved lion armrests and a gold arched backrest sits on a red cushioned dais. The seated person wears an orange-red turban, an orange-red robe, a rudraksha mala, and a white flower garland with red and green ribbons. A kneeling man in white clothes offers fruit on a tray at the feet of the throne, while a standing man in white with a sacred thread watches. A gold-framed shrine with bells and a golden deity murti stands behind, and a camera on a tripod films the scene. A small kalasha-style offering stands on the left. The setting suggests a devotional darshan or puja.2014-11-19A seated figure in a saffron-orange turban and orange robe with a long ornate gold-bead necklace and rudraksha-style beads sits on a gold-carved throne with red cushions and a tiger-striped cloth. A young boy in white kurta bends forward, offering something to the seated figure's hand, while an older man in white dhoti with gold border bows nearby. A cameraman with a video camera stands at left beside gold-carved pillars and a deep red curtain.2015-11-22June 12 20142014-06-12February 23 20142014-02-23Photo 11742963 +2 copiesJuly 23 20142014-07-23January 03 20162016-01-03May 01 20142014-05-01 +1 copiesNovember 17 20132013-11-17November 19 20142014-11-19A photo inside a red-draped ceremonial tent with gold-carved furniture. A seated man in a maroon turban and saffron-orange robes, wearing a yellow-and-white flower garland and a rudraksha-style necklace, holds two red fruits and sits on an ornate gold throne, with feet bare on a cushion. Behind him stands a man in orange-and-maroon clothing with a white garland, holding a long golden staff. In front, a woman in white with a brown shawl and beaded necklace stands with hands folded, while a woman in a yellow-and-red floral sari presents red fruits. A man in white kneels at a low offering tray. Several onlookers in shirts and a white shawl stand in the background. The seated figure is an appearance-based probable candidate for a person, with a turban, saffron robes, garland and gold ornamentation; this is a probable identification from visible cues.2015-10-25
