The murti wears a golden crown and is garlanded with marigolds and flower strands. In front of the deity, a tall brass oil lamp with a flame burns on a stand, and a brass kalasha-like vessel is decorated with garlands. To the left, another saffron-clad devotee with folded hands stands near brass lamps, and a figure in white is partly visible at the edge. Carved stone pillars and greenery frame the shrine.Three gilded metal murti of deities stand before a golden arched backdrop in a temple. The central figure wears a tall ornate crown, a red-and-green cloth draped over the shoulders, layered jewelled necklaces and a large white and purple garland. Flanking figures on either side wear smaller crowns, jewelled necklaces and white floral garlands with green and red ribbons. Behind them is an elaborate golden canopy with stone carvings visible at the edges.2010-11-21A bearded priest in orange and saffron cloth, bare-chested, stands at left holding a flaming oil lamp aloft in one hand and a brass handbell in the other. Behind him, three gilded deity murtis sit on an ornate golden throne against a deep red drape: the central murti wears a crown, green and pink silks, a garland of green leaves and a heavy jewelled necklace, with hands raised in blessing; the murtis flanking it wear crowns, leaf garlands and jewelled ornaments. Golden embroidered cloth covers the base of the throne. Rudraksha malas hang across the priest's chest.2021-03-08December 12 20112011-12-12January 04 20142014-01-04Photo 11743825 +1 copiesKAILASA LOS ANGELES, USA on 1/17/20222022-01-17
