November 24 20112011-11-24 +2 copiesA painted devotional illustration of a multi-armed, multi-headed deity form standing at centre, with blue skin, a jewelled crown, garlands of white and red flowers, and a large golden ornate necklace. Many heads surround the figure, including faces with crowns and an elephant-headed face, and the arms hold weapons, a lotus and other objects. Below, a small blue-skinned child figure in yellow dhoti stands with hands joined, and a kneeling figure in white and red robes faces upward beside a golden chariot pulled by horses, with an armed army and elephants in the background under a bright sky. This is a graphic illustration rather than a photograph, with no physical people present.2021-08-30November 24 20112011-11-24 +1 copiesA painted devotional scene of Rama with Sita, Lakshmana and attendants on a stepped platform with a floral carpet. Rama, centre, wears a golden crown, a garland of flowers, gold jewellery and a golden yellow dhoti, and holds a bow. Sita beside him wears a purple sari with gold border, a crown and a pearl necklace, holding a small vessel. Lakshmana on the right wears a gold crown and jewellery. Monkey figures, one holding a white parasol, sit at the front. An attendant behind holds a white chamara fan and another holds a peacock-feather fan. A pale temple-like structure glows in the background. A figure with a tall crown and a yellow garment stands behind a figure in a blue choli and a rose-red skirt, who raises one arm upward toward the sky. Both wear layered pearl and gold necklaces and bangles. A tree and distant temple spires appear in the pale background, with water in the foreground.2006-11-10A standing man in a composite digital image wears an ornate gold crown with jewelled peacock-feather style ornament, layered gold and pearl necklaces, a shawl draped over the arms, an orange and teal dhoti-style garment and gold anklets. He is bare-chested, raises one hand in a blessing gesture and stands with the other hand on his hip before a swirling pink and gold backdrop of multiple large deity faces and arms with weapons. The man's appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm an identity, so he is described by role only.2020-04-03 +1 copiesFebruary 18 20142014-02-18November 24 20112011-11-24
