He wears a white shirt and a red and white beaded mala around his neck. The second person's arm and hand are visible from the side, with a pale sleeve. The background is softly blurred and dark, focusing attention on the moment of touch.2010-12-02Close photograph of a man with short grey hair and a bare forehead receiving a blessing: two hands, one on the crown of his head and one at his brow, hold his head tilted back. Blurred brass oil lamps and an ornate gold-toned altar stand behind him, with soft flame glow in the background. The setting suggests a temple or ashram blessing ritual. No face-based identification is made, and no printed name appears in the scene.2010-11-25A photograph of a man with short light hair and a white shirt, eyes closed and head bowed, receiving a blessing as a robed figure in orange-saffron clothing places a hand on his forehead. Behind him, several men in white shirts stand in a dim hall, and a wooden podium or box is visible in the lower right. The orange-robed figure's face is cropped out of frame, so the appearance-based identity cannot be confirmed from this image alone.2010-12-03Outdoors on dusty ground with trees behind, a man in a white shirt with grey hair and a white vibhuti mark on his forehead sits with eyes closed and palms pressed together in prayer. Beside him a man in a white shirt with a red bindi and a gold bangle places his right hand on the seated man's head in a blessing gesture, his eyes closed. A badge hangs from the standing man's neck and a dark cord is visible. Other people in white and pink clothing stand in the background, including a woman in a blue top at the left edge. No identifiable a person appearance is visible, so this shows devotees in a blessing or initiation moment.2012-04-06December 02 20102010-12-02Close side view of a middle-aged man with short greying hair and a moustache, eyes closed, receiving a blessing as a hand presses on the crown of his head. He wears a white shirt and a brown rudraksha mala around his neck. Out of focus behind him, figures in white clothing stand in a hall, and a blurred person in white at right wears a yellow-gold sash. The blessing hand belongs to a person whose forearm enters from the left edge. The man's other hand is raised palm-outward near his chest.2011-12-02November 22 20092009-11-22A photograph of a long-haired man in a white garment, with gold bracelet and gold ornament at his wrist, placing his right hand on the forehead of a man in a light blue collared shirt who raises his left palm in a gesture of receiving. The recipient wears an event badge on his chest. The setting is a dim indoor hall with a blurred crowd and stage lights in the background. a person appearance is only partially distinctive: long swept-back hair and gold wrist ornaments with white clothing, but the face is turned away and the cues are limited, so identity is uncertain.2010-11-28
