A single small oil lamp flame burns on top of the lingam, and a few small offerings or marks are visible on the dark stone above. Wooden or stone panels frame the foreground, drawing the eye into the recess. No people are visible.2013-07-14A photograph of a shrine set into the roots of a large banyan tree. Thick aerial roots frame an arched opening that leads into a dark niche holding a black stone lingam on a square base, with a single lit oil lamp flame in front of it. White jasmine garlands and red flower petals are scattered around the base and on the stone threshold, and a red rose sits on the right-hand ledge. Pale stone walls line a sandy path leading up to a granite step. No people are visible.2012-05-11December 04 20122012-12-04Photo 11725125April 19 20122012-04-19Photo 11730111February 01 20132013-02-01
