A paved stone walkway leads through a garden with trimmed green lawns and shrubs toward a white ornate building with columns and a raised stepped platform. A tall wooden flagpole stands in front of the building. Hanging on the building's front is a large printed banner showing a figure in an orange garment with long dark hair; the figure appears to be a portrait, not a physical person, and no people are present in the scene. The view is framed by a pillar with yellow and black bands in the foreground. Palm and tropical plants flank the path.
