A brass kalasha with red roses and green leaves sits at the centre of the lower tier. Upper figures include a Shiva-type figure with a crescent, a Ganesha figure and a Buddha-like seated figure; a Nataraja bronze appears mid-display. Small painted dolls, a white horse and a picture frame showing a temple are also visible. There are no physical people, only statues and figurines.2013-10-05Photo 11737554A Navaratri-style golu display of many painted clay and wooden murti figures arranged in tiered steps covered with mustard-yellow cloth against a red backdrop with fairy lights. At the top centre, a seated figure in orange robes, with a turban-like head covering and raised right hand in blessing, sits before a white arch with gold lions, flanked by lamps and garlands; this is a statue, not a physical person. Below, many figures show Hindu deities, saints and devotees, including a bronze-toned deity with a crown and red sari-clad figures, a blue deity seated on a lotus, a dancing Krishna, and a reclining figure on a blue painted base. A small green and gold ornamental arch stands in front. No living people are visible.2021-10-07A dense display of many small painted clay and plaster figurines arranged in tiers on orange and green draped cloth, resembling a Golu-style doll arrangement. Figures include deity murtis, a seated deity with a crown and red garment at right, dancers, animals such as white horses and a bull, and devotional figures. Orange and white flower garlands frame the display. In the centre-right a glass case holds a small white temple model. A tall dark-skinned figure in a red garment with gold trim stands at right. No living people are visible.2013-10-05October 02 20112011-10-02
