A central brass plate holds a golden vessel with a tall stem, surrounded by a dense ring of red, orange, pink and yellow flowers. Silver bowls hold red and orange rose petals and pale yellow liquid, and silver conch-shaped vessels with spouts sit among them with small silver spoons. The setting suggests puja offerings; no people are visible.2013-11-13November 12 20132013-11-12November 23 20132013-11-23November 16 20132013-11-16November 13 20132013-11-13A close-up of an offering arrangement on ornate silver and gold trays. Many small silver bowls hold yellow and orange flower petals, red rose petals, honey-coloured liquid and white rice-like offerings. Yellow and red rose petals and orange marigold-type petals are scattered across a central gold tray, with a small brass vessel at its centre. Pink and purple orchids and green leaves decorate the trays, and a silver conical spouted vessel sits at right. No people are visible; this is a ritual still life of puja offerings.2013-12-26October 30 20132013-10-30
