A photograph of a ceremonial moment on a stage with a pink-red backdrop. A figure in a rust-red turban, rust-red robe with gold border and a rudraksha mala draws a cream silk cloth over the head of a man in a white shirt who bows forward and leans in. Another man in white stands behind holding a silver tray of flower garlands in red and marigold orange. At right a man in white with a shaved head and glasses holds a tall brass lamp stand, and a gold ornamental throne with a canopy stands at left. Swamiji (probable) is the figure in rust-red turban and robe with long hair and rudraksha beads, presiding as the one offering the cloth; the appearance cues are a turban, saffron-toned robe and rudraksha mala.2015-10-26A photograph of a ceremonial presentation inside a decorated hall with a pink-red backdrop and an ornate golden canopy at left. A figure in a rust-red turban, rust-red robe with gold trim, rudraksha mala and gold armband holds up a cream silk cloth. A man in white kurta and white dhoti reaches for the cloth, while another man in white ritual clothes holds a silver tray of flower garlands and marigolds. A gold lamp stand stands at right. Three people are visible, and the figure in the rust-red turban shows distinctive ceremonial adornments but the appearance is not conclusive enough to confirm identity.2015-10-26October 26 20152015-10-26Outdoor ceremony under a canopy with red and white striped fabric and a green-and-white banner. A bearded man in orange robes and an orange turban, with a rudraksha mala, bows forward while another orange-robed man holds up a golden-orange silk shawl for him. A man in white shirt and white trousers stands to the right, and seated elders in orange and white are visible at the left edge. Marigold garlands hang on the pillar.2007-08-09Outdoor ceremony under a pale pink canopy hung with orange and yellow marigold garlands. A man in a bearded face, wearing a gold-brown shawl over white clothes and a white and red flower garland, holds a small wooden box or tray that a man in a white shirt and white dhoti offers toward him. To the right, an older smiling monk in an orange robe and orange shawl reaches out, and a person in red-and-white checked clothing stands at the edge. A dark backdrop is behind them. The man in the center has long hair and a full beard, but the photo shows no crown, rudraksha mala or ceremonial gold necklace, so the presenter's identity is unsure.2007-08-09Photograph of a puja ceremony on a pink-lit stage. A man in a rust-red turban, rudraksha mala and orange-gold draped garment stands on the left, holding flower garlands over a tray; he has a gold armlet and bangles. Opposite him a man in white dhoti and white shawl with a tilak receives the offering. At right a bare-chested priest in an orange cloth holds a brass aarti lamp. A gold ornate throne with a trident motif stands at left. Several flower garlands and marigolds are on the tray. Ceremonial puja with flowers and oil lamps.2015-10-26A photograph inside a hall with a white ceiling canopy and a striped pillar at the top. An older man with grey hair and glasses, wearing a white kurta and an orange shawl, leans forward to place a red and yellow marigold garland around the neck of a seated figure whose head is bowed. The recipient wears an orange cloth and red garment. A man on the right in orange robes and a rudraksha mala holds a silver tray with a gold object and papers. Another man in white stands at the left edge, and a few people in white are visible in the background near a doorway.2011-01-26September 17 20062006-09-17March 03 20132013-03-03A photograph of a ceremony under a tent with a green and pink banner decorated with yellow sunflowers. In the centre, a figure in an orange turban and orange robe bends forward while a man in a beige shirt and glasses drapes a large white cloth with gold-bordered edges over the figure's head and shoulders. A man in a white shirt and grey trousers stands beside them, and a seated younger man in white with an orange shawl watches. On the right, a man in white with an orange shawl stands near a speaker stand. The orange-turbaned figure appears to have long hair and distinctive orange and gold clothing, but the appearance is not conclusive enough to confirm identity, so this is described by role only as a person receiving the garment.2006-09-17November 07 20112011-11-07June 26 20122012-06-26 +1 copies
