A large open flame rises from a ritual fire pit during a homa, with a silver tray of white and pink flower offerings in front. Two men stand at the centre-left in saffron-orange robes with gold necklaces and white-and-red forehead markings; the man at right, in an orange garment with a heavy gold garland and a gold headband, stands with hands folded and eyes lowered. The man at left is bare-chested, wearing a rudraksha mala and a gold headband, and holds a small object near the flame. Another man in white clothing with a rudraksha mala stands at the far right edge. A small brass oil lamp and a gold-toned deity figure appear at the edges of the frame.2012-06-05June 05 20122012-06-05March 10 20132013-03-10Photo 11732683 +1 copiesPhoto 11732352 +1 copiesJanuary 01 20142014-01-01December 20 20112011-12-20June 01 20122012-06-01 +1 copiesNight photo of a ritual lamp offering at a Karthigai Deepam type event.
