Photo 11744227A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate golden throne (peetha) with carved lion heads at the armrests and red cushions. Behind the throne is a large golden-brown ornamental mandala-style backdrop. A white banner labelled "Inner Awakening CELEBRATIONS" hangs at upper right. A red patterned carpet lies at the base of the throne, and an orange chair is visible at the right edge.2013-08-16August 16 20132013-08-16September 28 20132013-09-28January 09 20122012-01-09 +1 copiesAugust 16 20132013-08-16May 13 20142014-05-13 +2 copiesAugust 21 20122012-08-21 +1 copiesMarch 06 20142014-03-06January 18 20142014-01-18August 21 20122012-08-21 +1 copiesA seated figure in an orange-saffron robe and matching orange turban sits cross-legged on an ornate golden throne (peetha) with carved lion-headed armrests and a tiered golden canopy with hanging beaded tassels. He wears a rudraksha mala and a gold pendant necklace, with gold armbands, and has a red tilak on his forehead. A tiger skin is draped over the throne platform, with red velvet cushions behind him and dark red velvet drapery as backdrop. Golden lion sculptures and carved deity figures flank the stage. Appearance-based identification is uncertain, so the figure is described only by role as a seated teacher on a throne during a satsang setting.2015-08-26
