A photograph of a group of men standing in a stone-walled corridor beside a doorway with an ornate decorated frame. A central figure in an orange-saffron robe and a long gold-beaded necklace with a large pendant stands between men bare-chested and wearing white dhotis with red borders, several with rudraksha malas. The man in orange has long, swept-back hair and appears to be the focal figure of the group, with the others standing respectfully around him. The setting looks like an ancient palace or temple passage with worn granite blocks.

A group of men walks barefoot through a covered courtyard entrance beside a pink-and-gold ornate iron gate. At the centre, a man in a saffron-orange robe with long dark hair and a gold-beaded necklace walks ahead; a candidate for the page subject, appearance-based and uncertain. Beside him, a man in orange carries a red-and-gold cloth bundle. Around them, men in white dhotis and shirts, one in a light blue shirt, and an older man in a saffron shawl follow closely. Green walls, a tiled floor and a railing frame the scene.

Outdoor photo of a conversation on a building veranda. Facing him on the left, a man in white with an orange shawl holds a gold-coloured ornate object. Behind them, several people in white clothes, saffron shawls and mala necklaces stand and watch, including a woman and a child in the background. A blue-green sign hangs on the pale yellow wall and a white railing lines the right side.

Photograph of a covered temple corridor where a group of saffron-robed monastics stands in conversation. A woman with long dark hair in a saffron garment and a deep red border, hands folded, stands at left facing a group of older monastics in salmon, orange and ochre robes. Behind them, several men in white kurtas with yellow or blue lanyards and yellow scarves stand in a line along the wall. On the right, a man in a saffron robe with hands clasped stands near a dark notice board. A gold kalasha-like object and a shrine area are visible in the background, along with a red-framed doorway.

A photograph of a group walking outdoors along a plain concrete path beside a pale wall and a small shrine niche with a painted deity image and a framed picture. In the centre, a man in an orange saffron robe and orange turban wears a long white flower garland and rudraksha beads, smiling as he walks. Around him, men in white dhotis and shirts, several with orange shawls or rudraksha malas and one carrying a bundle, walk in attendance. A man in a striped shirt stands at the right edge, and a tilak-marked man in white with a rudraksha mala walks at the left foreground. The setting resembles a temple or ashram courtyard.

A photograph of an outdoor welcoming scene in front of a cream building with a doorway. On the left, a figure with long dark wavy hair in orange robes with a red-edged shawl faces a group of older men in saffron-orange wraps; a central shaven-headed man in a saffron wrap stands with hands folded. On the right, another long-haired figure in orange clothing stands beside a bald elder in orange with hands joined. Behind them, young men in white kurtas and yellow shawls, some wearing beaded necklaces, stand in a row watching. Eleven to twenty people are visible in total, all standing.
