Indoor ritual scene in a cream-pillared hall with a golden throne. A seated figure with long swept-back hair, wearing an orange-saffron robe and gold necklaces, sits with palms pressed together in namaskar, appearing as a probable Swamiji in appearance. Before him stands a tiered brass aarti lamp with multiple oil lamps lit, held by a bare-chested, shaved-headed priest with a rudraksha mala and white sacred thread, who is performing the lamp ritual. A younger shaved-headed monk in orange sits at lower right beside a tray of flowers and offerings. Pink flowers stand in a vase behind the throne, green vines with red berries decorate the pillars, and a blue doorway and a red-and-gold ornamented wall are visible. A cooler stands at left.2012-06-03Photo 11729373A shaved-headed priest in a red-orange cloth and gold bangles holds up a tiered silver aarti lamp with many flames, performing aarti in a temple hall painted blue, pink and green. Another person in orange sits to the right near the base of the throne, and a few devotees in white are visible at the sides.
