A bald man in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl stands at a white stone shrine, resting one hand on a large silver bowl heaped with yellow flowers and rose petals. Behind it sits a silver deity murti with a tall crown, draped in white and pink garlands. Gold bangles, a gold necklace and a rudraksha mala adorn him, and a sandalwood-coloured tilak marks his forehead. The setting is a stone-walled temple altar with a small lamp and scattered flowers on the platform.2012-06-02A photograph inside a stone-walled shrine of an elderly shaved-headed priest in an orange saffron dhoti and shawl, wearing a rudraksha mala and a red-and-white beaded headband. He holds a steel plate of flower petals in one hand and offers them with the other at a white marble altar. A large silver bowl of yellow flowers and white garlands drapes a deity murti or linga-shaped form in the back right. Electronic audio equipment sits on a wall shelf at left. One person is partly visible at the far left edge.2012-06-02Photo 11731546Photo 11725439 +4 copiesMay 09 20122012-05-09 +1 copiesPhoto 11729502 +1 copiesMay 09 20122012-05-09Photo 11725499 +2 copiesPhoto 11733112 +1 copiesPhoto 11734182 +2 copiesPhoto 11732665 +1 copiesMay 12 20122012-05-12
