Evening outdoor event on a grey carpet under a decorated canopy. A seated figure on a large ornate throne wears orange robes and a bare shaved head. Several seated men sit on the floor in front: a figure in peach robes with a white shawl holds a staff, a long-haired bearded man wears a pink-maroon garment with a white rudraksha mala, and others wear saffron and peach robes. Uniformed attendants in white with red sashes and red-and-white turbans stand behind the throne, and a man in cream and orange garments sits to the right.

On the left, a long-haired man in orange with a rudraksha mala sits with hands resting on his lap. A shaved-headed man in orange sits in the centre, hands clasped. A bearded man in orange with a red forehead mark holds a microphone and reads from a sheet of paper. On the right, an elderly bald man with a white beard in orange sits on an ornate red throne with white carved trim. Light blue stage covering and a white-draped table occupy the foreground. Several other people are partly visible behind the seated figures.
