A man in a saffron wrap with a shaved head and tilak on his forehead stands at left, reaching out to greet another man. In the centre, a smiling man in a saffron turban and saffron robes with long swept-back hair and beaded rudraksha malas presses his palms together in greeting. At right, a man in white with an orange shawl holds a silver kalasha vase of white flowers and red blossoms. A white sedan car is parked behind them, with a decorated umbrella and a ratha-style canopy at right, and uniformed police officers and white-clad attendants stand nearby.2007-01-01December 23 20162016-12-23Night outdoor photo of an ashram procession on a paved courtyard in front of a silver SUV. In the centre, an older man with white hair and a white beard wears a cream shirt over a maroon-and-gold dhoti, with a long gold-beaded garland, and holds hands with a bare-chested younger man wearing a rudraksha mala. To the right, a young man in an orange dhoti and gold garland carries a brass kalasha with green leaves and a white cloth on a tray, while a woman in an orange sari with a blue bag and a white-clad man carry trays of fruit. Ornate temple domes appear in the background under a dark sky.2016-12-23
