Two priests in saffron-orange robes perform a lamp offering before a framed portrait of a child-like Shaivite saint with a halo, garlanded with white and red flowers. The portrait is labelled in Tamil, identifying Thirugnanasambandar. On the left, a priest with long hair, gold necklace and a flower headband holds a brass lamp; in the centre a bald priest with white vibhuti stripes on his forehead, rudraksha mala and gold-trimmed saffron shawl extends a lamp over a brass tray of flowers. A third man in saffron stands behind, and a woman in white watches on the right. Brass oil lamps and a tray of marigolds, roses and jasmine stand on a red-draped table.2012-05-26Photo 11730003 +1 copiesMarch 10 20132013-03-10Photo 11729991Photo 11744519 +1 copies
